Space is the home for the pages and files you create, upload, and share in ChatGPT, including spreadsheets and presentations. It replaces Library.

A page is an editable document where you can work with ChatGPT and other people. Bring together text, images, charts, and interactive tools, then ask ChatGPT to help you revise and build on the work.

Yes. People with edit access can work on the same page at the same time. Each person works with their own ChatGPT to ask questions or make changes to the shared page.

If teams are enabled in your workspace, select a team when you share a page or presentation. You can also create a team if your workspace allows it, then reuse that group when sharing other work.

Use Share to invite people or teams in your ChatGPT workspace. For pages, you can give people view or edit access and change or remove that access later. Your workspace’s admin settings and sharing rules still apply.

On an eligible personal plan, invite people by email from a page’s Share menu and choose view or edit access. You can also share by link where that option is available.

No. Sharing a page does not give collaborators access to your private chats or personal memory. But anything you or ChatGPT write on the page is visible to people with access, including personal details drawn from memory. Review the content before sharing it.

OpenAI does not train on ChatGPT Business or Enterprise data by default.

For individual accounts, your training and memory settings apply.

Yes. Add files or ask ChatGPT to use connected tools, such as Google Drive and Slack. Files uploaded into a page follow that page’s permissions. Linking to a separate file does not grant access to it; its own permissions still apply. Any content copied or summarized onto the page is visible to collaborators.

Ask ChatGPT to update the page whenever you need a change. For recurring updates, set up an automation with instructions for what to update, which sources to use, and how often to run. Return to the page to review the changes.

The Meetings plugin⁠ creates private, personalized notes and suggests follow-ups. Review the notes, then ask ChatGPT to research a follow-up, draft a message, or update a plan. Bring the work into a page and choose what to share with your team. The Meetings plugin is available in beta on Pro and Business plans in the ChatGPT desktop app for macOS.

Space is available for ChatGPT Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans. Create and edit pages on web and desktop. On mobile, you can find, read, and share pages; creating and editing pages is not supported at launch. Workspace availability and sharing are subject to admin settings.
